Oemtec software is dedicated to the importance of people's privacy while using their computer. Our site makes use of an order form. We collect visitor's contact information (first name, last name, billing address, phone number, email address, and any other relevant information provided by you) as well as financial information (account or credit card numbers) with the purpose of processing orders and promoting specials to our customers. Oemtec may provide your personal information if necessary, in Oemtec's good faith judgment, to comply with laws or regulations of a governmental or regulatory body or in response to a valid subpoena, warrant, or order, or to protect the rights of Oemtec or others.

Cookies
When installing Oemtec or ordering from one of Oemtec's Reseller's, a cookie is stored on the user's computer for the purpose of identifying the source of the sale (which Reseller referred the customer). No personally identifiable information is stored in this cookie. Our site also uses cookies to maintain shopping cart information, provide special offers, and to monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Emails
By submitting your e-mail address to Oemtec, your e-mail address will automatically be added to our E-Newsletter Subscriber List. Individuals on this list receive special offers and updates from us or our business partners. We may share your email address and other personal information with our trusted business partners who work on behalf of or with us. You may opt-out of receiving future email promotions from Oemtec by following the instructions in the email messages and using the "unsubscribe" link.

Credit Card Information
Oemtec uses Secure Server Software (SSL) that is among the best in use today by e-commerce Web sites. Your personal information, including sensitive credit card information, is encrypted so that it is indecipherable by others as it travels across the Internet.

Our Policies
Oemtec accepts payment from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. At this time, these are the only forms of payment Oemtec accepts. Once you hit the "submit secure ordering" button, your sale will be final. You may use this software daily, weekly, monthly, or at any time you choose.

Support
Oemtec provides email support for users who purchase the software at contact@Oemtec.com. Oemtec does not provide telephone support.

Governing Law and Interpretation. This Agreement shall be interpreted under, governed under, and construed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to its rules governing the conflict of laws. Venue for any legal action shall be proper in the courts of Barbados and you and Oemtec each expressly consent to venue and jurisdiction therein.

Oemtec reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, privacy policy, and these Conditions of Use at any time.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AFFIRM AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT. THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN REPRESENT AN AGREED UPON ALLOCATION OF RISK WHICH IS REFLECTED IN THE FACT THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING SOFTWARE AND ASSUMING THE OTHER OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER.

Reservation of rights. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Oemtec Ltd. Whitepark House, White Park Road, Bridgetown, Barbados.
